Customer Service Representative - Logistics
Carson, CA | $18.56/hr | 1st
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced logistics team in Carson, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of customer service experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
* Process orders, track shipments, and provide status updates
* Communicate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely deliveries
* Resolve issues quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
Schedule & Pay:
* Monday - Friday
* 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* $18.56 per hour
