We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a busy wholesale distribution operation in Carson, California. • Maintain up-to-date customer account records by documenting conversations, requests, and follow-up actions.

• Apply product knowledge to guide customers toward appropriate solutions and support sales-related conversations.

• Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally while meeting service expectations and internal standards.

• Use established service procedures and communication guidelines to resolve issues consistently and efficiently.

• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and appointment scheduling as needed.
