Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely delivery, accurate order processing, and exceptional service. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Process orders and maintain customer records using company systems/WMS.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, invoices, and orders.
• Coordinate shipments, container dispatch/returns, and inventory activities.
• Communicate delays, discrepancies, and service updates to customers.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to meet service expectations.
• Maintain account procedures and documentation.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Temporary-to-Hire

Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of logistics, transportation, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on company systems, processes, and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
