Our Performance Center in Carson, CA is the Engineered Products Group site for our Human Machine Interface, Motion Control Device, and Radio Frequency (RF) product lines.
Job Summary- The role includes supporting the development of new electro‑mechanical products, improving the manufacturability, reducing costs, and optimizing a design's performance of an existing product in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
- The position will be supporting cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and operations.
- Electrical Engineer with 3‑5 years' experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience interpreting customer specification and applying them to design requirements
- Experience in printed circuit boards for instrument panels, preferred
- Experience in cabling and cable layout
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience in analog and digital circuits developing detailed schematics, test procedures, and fabrication specifications
- Experience interpreting mechanical drawings, GD&T, and tolerancing stack‑ups, a plus some experience in thermal and dynamic analysis
- Experience working with military specification for aircraft instrument panels, a plus
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost, quality and delivery improvements
- Ability to estimate timelines and generate schedules, a plus
- Ability to evaluate cost, and risk, preferred
- Demonstrated written and oral presentation skills
- Experience with Python or Lab View, a plus
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in BSEE with minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in design
- Must be US Person or Permanent Resident
Base Compensation: USD 75,000. Paid
