The Conversion Crew provides support to the Operations department by assisting with event setups, conversions, general facility maintenance, and daily operational tasks.

• Physically assist with event setups, conversions, and daily operational tasks.
• Assist Asst. Manager, Operations, Conversion Crew Leads and Event Managers with relevant event/operation related information.
• Work with Supervisor on day-to-day tasks for the department.
• Perform facility operational tasks required to maintain the facility on non-event days.
• Other operational responsibilities and duties as assigned.

• Working knowledge of operations equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools, etc.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
• Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as function in a timely manner.
• Ability to work as a team and accurately follow instructions.
• Ability to complete tasks with great attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with a team member.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize specific tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and effectively maneuver between functions.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Forklift certification not required but strongly preferred.
• Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of and/or previous work experience in sports and entertainment preferred.
• Knowledge of general safety practices.

Part-time:
This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).
