We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's growing finance team. This individual will be a key business partner across management and operations, helping drive insights and initiatives that support growth—both organically and through acquisitions. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys turning data into actionable recommendations.
Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative data to deliver meaningful reports and drive sound business decisions. This role requires both strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Query and analyze data for vehicle-related processes
- Develop, track, and report on division and agency KPIs
- Build automated solutions to support operational and financial needs
- Assist with annual budgeting, financial projections, and variance analysis
- Prepare and present financial reports to leadership
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements through analysis and error identification
- Develop and monitor KPIs to support strategic initiatives
- Participate in month-end close and investigate material variances
- Create and maintain complex financial models to identify key drivers and trends
- Analyze margin trends and provide variance-to-budget insights
- Support Power BI reporting and dashboard development
- Collaborate with operations teams to review system entries and processes
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial role
- Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Net Suite and Power BI preferred; other ERP/BI tools also acceptable
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, personable, and enthusiastic team player

The expected salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 annually, plus eligibility for bonus. Actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered.
