This is a hands-on role where you’ll help create clean, accurate financials, partner across multiple business groups, and play a key role in refining reporting processes as the company scales.

Title: Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Carson, CA (5 days onsite)
Compensation: Up to $140k DOE + 10% Bonus + Benefits

• Producing timely, reliable consolidated financial reports across the organization.
• Driving month-end and quarter-end close deliverables.
• Reviewing submissions from various business units to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Preparing internal reporting deliverables for senior leadership.
• Partnering with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Identifying gaps and helping streamline processes, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Supporting audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.
• Assisting with onboarding new entities and evolving corporate reporting requirements.

• 6+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience within a corporate or multi-entity environment
  .
• Strong analytical ability and comfort validating large volumes of financial data.
• Solid grasp of US GAAP and IFRS and core accounting principles
  .
• Familiarity with major ERP systems (any large platform is beneficial).
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of key deadlines.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  ; CPA preferred.
