Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Buyer 2 you'll play a pivotal part on our Purchasing team.

This position contributes to our vision by:

- Responsible for the proactive and strategic management of assigned suppliers, ensuring timely resolution of business, delivery, and quality issues to meet customer and production requirements.

- Lead negotiations for pricing, terms, and conditions of ongoing production orders to achieve required quality, delivery, and technical specifications at the most competitive cost.

- Monitor and manage supplier performance, initiate corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement when performance gaps arise.

- Proactively expedite or de-expedite material orders based on changing demand and production requirements to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

- Support supplier transitions and sourcing activities by evaluating supplier pricing, capabilities, capacity, performance, quality, and supply chain risks.

- Communicate and enforce applicable contractual terms, commercial conditions, quality requirements, contractual clauses, and technical specifications with suppliers.

- Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to communicate supplier status, performance, risks, and corrective actions to support business and customer requirements.

The expected salary range for this position is between $70,310 - $91,870 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
