Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Sr. Director, Planning & Forecasting to lead the Planning function within our Supply Chain unit.
You will own the S&OP process end to end, guiding demand, supply, inventory and revenue plans while advising executives on investment decisions. Reporting to the SVP, Planning, you’ll manage six direct reports and a 20+ planning team, driving automation, AI forecasting tools and advanced analytics to improve planning accuracy across a multi-DC distribution
