Join Our Team as a Resin Formulator – Blending Operator I!
Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to grow in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment? Graco Roberts is looking for a motivated Blending Operator I to join our team and support our resin formulation operations.
LocationCarson, CA
Pay Rate$20/hour
Schedule- Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Weighing and measuring materials with precision
- Learning to interpret batch sheets and formulas
- Assisting with mixing operations under supervision
- Recording material quantities and process steps accurately
- Supporting visual checks for color and consistency
- Maintaining clean and organized work spaces using 5S principles
- Following AS9100 and ISO 9101 quality standards
- Participating in safety and compliance training
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Basic math, ability to read, write and understand English
- Eagerness to learn safety and compliance standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
