Workshop Coordinator

The PMNA Workshop Coordinator primarily coordinates all upcoming projects, build processes, sublet parts, external orders, payables and change processes for the Workshop. This role ensures customer communications of processes and regular project planning.

• Initiate and coordinate Check In / Out & Ship all Engine and Gearbox Projects
• Establish and maintain complete PR/PO Processes
• Process all Workshop Payables
• Establish and coordinate relationship with Vendor / Sublet
• Coordinate Technical Change in Workshop
• Organize Revision Parts Lists
• Support General Data and Systems
• Other duties and/or responsibilities as required or assigned

• College degree or equivalent in a technical area preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Motorsport background a plus
• Strong Skills with MS Office, databases and spreadsheets

• Team player able to work with other departments, vendors and customers
• Self-motivator who can work independently of supervision
• Accepts instructions willingly
• Able to positively respond to constructive feedback
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects with varying deadlines
• Strong Communicator and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to set and meet strict deadlines

Percentage of required travel: 0-10%

Schedule/Shift: 8 hours per day Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 5pm Pacific Time.

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.

• While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• This job operates in an automotive workshop and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, automotive parts at operational temperature and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.
