We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Retention to lead our efforts in creating and executing a comprehensive retention strategy. This role is crucial to our continued success as a brand committed to nurturing long-lasting connections with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and drive business growth.
- Lead a team responsible for executing retention initiatives through our loyalty program, subscription, and email/SMS marketing.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and retention through product innovation, cross-selling and up-selling tactics, and strategic partnerships.
- Utilize data analysis and insights to inform retention initiatives and optimize performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Analytics, and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Report on business metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Retention
X, Key Shopify Stack, Klaviyo, Tableau, and other internal systems. - Measure success based on KPIs such as Return to Brand, Lifetime Value, and CRM Contribution to E-Commerce Revenue Goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in retention marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a successful track record of leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.

- Competitive base salary range: $105,000 to $125,000; exact base salary determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
- Eligible for participation in the discretionary company bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
