Job Summary



Job Description :

Lead the charge in retail excellence at one of the most iconic arenas in the country! As General Manager of Retail, you will oversee all aspects of retail operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience and optimal revenue performance. You will develop strategic goals, manage budgets, lead a dynamic team, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results that reflect Levy’s values and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-unit or large venue retail management
• Proficient in retail technology systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong financial acumen with budget and P&L accountability
• Experience in merchandising, inventory control, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct all day-to-day retail operations and ensure compliance with brand and client standards
• Lead, coach, and develop retail management and hourly team members
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to drive strategic initiatives and optimize sales
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product placement
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
• Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
