About the job Import Coordinator + Inside Sales
Responsibilities:
- Communicate to venders and customers in English/Japanese
- Communicate to Japan office in Japanese
- Booking and adjustment Ocean/Air transportation and inland transportation
- Creating delivery orders and tracking reports
- Billing customers and approving venders payments
- Cargowise and Trade Tech Syrinx experience preferred
- Communicate to customers and Japan office in Japanese
- Communicate to customers and venders in English
- Creating tracking report for shipments
