Unarmed Security Guard

We are looking for a security officer for an entry-level position. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, operate with complete integrity and respect, and be self-aware of their actions. They must be able to work as a team, be a hard‑worker, have self‑drive, and be committed to the mission of the job. The role requires punctuality, presentability, and excellent performance.

Unarmed Security Guard – Entry Level, Swing Shift

• Uniforms provided by Dinasty Security:
  Long/short sleeve shirt, wind‑breaker, pants, company hat.
• Duty Belt, handcuffs with holder, flashlight with holder, tactical security boots or patrol shoes (black), security badge.

• Access Control:
  Screen & register all incoming visitors.
• Perform hourly patrols (walking or golf cart/detex).
• Secure/guard facility and other designated areas.
• Observe: remain alert and look out for any suspicious activity.
• Report: create incident reports and notify management team of any incidents.
• Log in and log out trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures.
• Customer Service: provide manners and respect at all times.
• Check seal numbers on trucks/trailers/containers.
• Work as a team member and communicate with the client for reports.
• Protect and provide safety to the property.

• Must be able to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift 15‑20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift.
• Must pass pre‑employment background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• California Guard Card required or willingness to obtain within 1 month.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong experience desired; entry‑level positions available.
