• Facilitating the clearance of imported goods through customs.
• Ensuring compliance with federal regulations and laws.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customs laws and regulations.
• Negotiating with government agencies on behalf of clients.
• Preparing and submitting necessary documentation for customs clearance.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth customs process.
• Communicating with carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of goods.

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Customs Broker
• Active Customs Broker License is required
• In-depth knowledge of customs laws and regulations
• Extensive experience in international trade and customs processes
• Proficiency in customs brokerage software and technology
• Strong understanding of global trade agreements and compliance standards
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English
• In-depth knowledge of customs laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
