Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end movement of goods and maintain accurate shipping records. The coordinator will collaborate across departments to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective deliveries and supply chain integrity.

• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to schedule and confirm shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Track shipments, manage inventory levels, and resolve delays, damages, or lost items.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions.
• Monitor transportation costs and work to minimize expenses.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management (preferred).
• Experience in a transportation or logistics company is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using transportation management software is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Expected base pay: $20.75 – $27.75 per hour. Final compensation will be based on location, skills, and experience.
