Ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced BCBA who wants to help build something special—strong autism programming in a growing public elementary school that actually values your expertise and gives you the autonomy to do great work.
The RoleProvide classroom-based consultation to 6-8 autism/self-contained classrooms across two elementary buildings in Middlesex County, NJ. You’ll design ABA programming and instructional materials, help teachers track progress on IEP goals, coach staff, conduct FBAs, write BIPs, and help shape the district’s expanding autism program.
What Makes This Role Great- $85-$105hr (1099, biweekly pay)
- School hours only—no nights, weekends, or travel
- Real autonomy
- District values strong ABA expertise and gives you room to do your work well
- 25–32.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Active BCBA certification
- At least 25 hours/week availability
- Strong classroom-based ABA experience (school setting preferred)
- Able to work independently and follow through
- Experience with assessments, programming, and staff training
- Rethink Ed knowledge is a plus
