Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiting Specialist based in Carteret, NJ. The Recruiting Specialist will oversee end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with managers to fulfill hiring needs. Responsibilities also include training newly hired employees, facilitating onboarding processes, maintaining a diverse talent pipeline, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hiring and recruiting processes
• Strong skills in interviewing and training candidates effectively
• Excellent communication abilities in English and Chinese (bilingual fluency required)
• Proficiency in leveraging applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of applicable HR and hiring laws and regulations
