As our Production Supervisor, you will lead, coordinate and optimize the production operations within our cold‑storage/warehouse environment. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day production activities, manage the team, ensure product quality, maintain safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Your role is critical in making sure we meet performance, cost, quality and safety goals while maintaining high morale and efficiency.

• Lead and develop the production team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee production operations to ensure targets for output, quality, timeliness, and cost are met.
• Monitor key production and inventory metrics (productivity, yield, downtime, discrepancies), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food‑storage, and operational regulations; maintain equipment, facility cleanliness, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate across departments (receiving, shipping, inventory, maintenance) to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and support efficient production operations.

• Experience: Minimum of 3‑5 years in production operations or manufacturing, with at least 1‑2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role. Cold storage, food logistics or similar environment preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field preferred.
• Certifications: Forklift certification preferred; knowledge of HACCP, food‑safety or relevant regulatory certifications a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership and people‑management skills; excellent organizational, planning and time‑management abilities; good analytical/problem‑solving skills; familiarity with production/warehouse management systems; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with data/reporting; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands.

• Ability to work in cold‑storage environments with temperatures as low as
  -20°F (or as your facility specifies).
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and lift as required for production duties (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to work shifts (including nights/weekends) as operational needs require.
