Responsibilities:

• Schedule & track inbound/outbound trucks; update live Excel files
• Talk daily with drivers, 3PLs and customers to keep freight moving

Requirements:

• Fluent Chinese and English
• Excel beyond pivot tables (v-lookups, formulas, shortcuts)
• 2 yrs dispatch/logistics exp. welcome; we’ll train the right person
• Willing to rotate weekly:
  Morning (6 am-2 pm) & Evening (2 pm-10 pm) shifts

Responsibilities:

• Run the sort line: hit daily volume, accuracy & safety KPIs
• Train 20-30 sorters, enforce SOPs, fix bottlenecks on the fly

Requirements:

• 1+ yr warehouse/DC lead experience (parcel, e-commerce, courier, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset: you fix problems with numbers, not guesswork

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate loading/unloading with dispatch to meet tight schedules.
• Supervise staff, enforce safety rules, and keep work areas clean.
• Operate forklifts safely while preventing cargo damage and recording discrepancies.
• Streamline workflows and suggest improvements to boost overall warehouse productivity.

Requirements:

• 1+ yr warehouse leadership in high-volume (parcel, 3PL, e-commerce)
• Fluent English & Mandarin – our crew and HQ are bilingual
• Comfortable in start-up mode: hands-on, no walls, rapid change
