Overview

FWS - Student Assistant to AVP of Student Success at Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce. This part-time role supports the AVP with campus events and retention initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Create, print & post campus flyers
  • Contact community partners
  • Schedule campus meetings
  • Assist in setting up/breakdown campus events
  • Update food pantry
  • File paperwork
Required Qualifications
  • Must be currently enrolled at Georgia Highlands College
  • Must be Pell Grant eligible (FAFSA)
  • Must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
  • Must have an unmet need based on total cost of attendance
Proposed Salary

$12.00 per hour

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Customer service experience and the ability to operate Microsoft Office
  • Critical thinking and communication skills are a plus
