Job Description
Job SummaryThis position provides support for Recruitment and other functions within all campuses of GHC.
Must be a current GHC student.
Responsibilities- Understand, support, and carry out the college's mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies
- Provide general office support assistance
- Assist with HUB front desk and VHUB customer service as needed
- Provide support in ticketing system and phone queue
- Assist with display creation and maintenance
- Assist with creation and posting of advertisements such as flyers and signs
- Assist with stock maintenance including inventorying supplies and promotional/giveaway items (swag)
- Assist with campus events, tours and activities to prospective students and families
- Follow up with prospective students for outstanding documents
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent and current GHC undergraduate student with:
- Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) currently being met
- Current-Year FAFSA on file with all verifications and any other requirements complete
- Currently enrolled for at least six (6) credit hours (in most instances)
- Some prior experience is preferred but not required. Job specific training will be provided.
Salary is $12 per hour, up to 19 hours per week
