JOB SUMMARY
:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the face of Highland Rivers Behavioral Health. The CSR greets and directs individuals as they enter the facility and is knowledgeable in all programs and services provided at the facility.

• Must be customer service oriented
• Promptly answer, screen and process telephone inquiries with strict adherence to confidentiality and policies and procedures
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments as needed
• Return all telephone messages in a timely manner
• Provide information on HRH programs
• Collect and enter information of individuals served into the EHR system concisely, thoroughly and accurately
• If applicable, ensure individuals are referred to the clinical team for triage
• Respond to irate individuals in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain current and up-to-date data concerning provider schedules, accepted insurance plans, and any pertinent information
• Scan paper documents in a timely manner
• Collect all monies due to HRH and post to Cash Sheet accurately
• Check in/out all individuals served in a timely manner
• Complete the financial process accurately and in a timely manner
• Uphold positive interpersonal relations among all team members
• Use initiative and good, sound judgment
• All other duties as assigned
