As a Dental Assistant
, you will support the clinical needs of the practice’s patients and doctors. You will receive the training needed to maximize your career potential and positively affect the community.

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take dental x-rays
• Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment
• Manage patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice
• Maintain infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Complete denture soft relines and temporary crowns
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations
• Perform digital intraoral scans
• Support patient charting for doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with the practice team to ensure patient satisfaction

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all ages
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively with other dental team members
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state; x-ray certification if required
