JOB TITLE: Process Engineer – Plant, Cartersville, GA
SALARY: $70,000 – $110,000
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Mid-Senior level

- Proactively provide engineering and technical assistance to operations for equipment, maintenance, production processes and systems, and facility maintenance.
- Lead plant Quality and ISO teams in maintaining and improving plant quality.
- Identify and resolve common cause and special cause issues impacting line reliability and performance.
- Investigate manufacturing problems with the line and recommend corrective actions. This includes consulting with production and maintenance personnel, analyzing supporting data, recommending corrective actions, and following through to evaluate effectiveness.
- Execute capital projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ownership may range from portions of a large project to sole ownership.
- Educate operations personnel on engineering and technical issues to ensure their knowledge and understanding.
- Coordinate training and start‑up activities of new equipment and processes.
- Participate in Lean efforts such as kaizen events, emphasizing creativity before capital investment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong change‑management skills and experience.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Successful completion of background check, employment verification, and drug screening.
- Positive and verifiable work history.
- Must follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE (e.g., safety glasses, side shields, approved safety shoes, etc.).
- Occasionally push, pull, carry, and lift 20–50 lbs.
- Frequent walking, stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements.
- Must be able to communicate, hear, read, write and comprehend in English.
