As an RBT, you will work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with our team of professionals. • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is a plus
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field

• Receive comprehensive training to effectively implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy and support to individuals
• Document and track client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
