As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be a key player in our long‑term care facility recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to applicants, conducting interviews, coordinating background checks, and ensuring timely processing. Your passion for helping others find meaningful employment will drive your success in this role.

• 1–2 years of recruiting or HR‑related experience, preferably within the healthcare services industry.
• Previous experience in Long‑Term Care is highly valued.
• Proficiency in ATS systems.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to company sites and attend hiring events as needed (typically 2–4 times per month).
• Reliable vehicle required.
