As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior SAP SCM (Manufacturing Supply Chain) Analyst to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence. This entry‑level position will support the analysis, optimization, and implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes within a SAP environment.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in business process consulting, system integration, and data‑driven decision‑making. This is a direct hire position. C2C and 1099 candidates will not be considered.

• Assist in gathering business requirements and understanding SCM processes to drive process innovation.
• Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Participate in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure SAP functionality aligns with business needs.
• Utilize programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) to automate tasks and enhance data processing capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and integration of SAP and SCM processes.
• Document system processes, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide training and user support to ensure effective adoption of SAP system enhancements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in SAP, SCM, and process innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen interest in process improvement.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python or SQL.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast‑paced work setting.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in SAP and SCM‑related technologies.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
