The Enrollment Management Technology Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enrollment‑related software systems. This role ensures data integrity, supports reporting and analytics efforts, and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience in support of institutional enrollment goals. The position location is flexible and can be located on any of the GHC campuses.
Responsibilities- Understand, support, and carry out the college's mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies.
- Serve as an administrator for enrollment management software; coordinate with third‑party systems to ensure input of current and accurate data; troubleshoot end‑user issues; assure faculty and staff have correct user access and permissions.
- Handle integration issues with Banner and third‑party EM technologies.
- Manage GHC admissions, nursing, and dental hygiene application issues and enhancements.
- Collaborate with CRM admin to ensure the technical side of the college's CRM is functional so that communication workflows are set up to send to accurate student populations.
- Create and manage Degree Works templates for all GHC degrees/programs; analyze students' progression through degree and provide advisors reports of students who veer off track from plan.
- Train staff on use of enrollment management technology, both as new hires come in and as new functionalities are implemented.
- Run Banner processes as needed.
- Work with the Executive Director to design, compile, analyze, evaluate, and interpret enrollment management data; create exports of data for college stakeholders.
- Provide the college's weekly enrollment report for the University System of Georgia.
- Clean and enhance datasets for enrollment management projects.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain the back‑end technology to support the college's early alert program.
- Participate in college initiatives and events to benefit students and the college.
- Serve on college committees as needed.
- Perform related duties.
- Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a bachelor’s degree in a course of study related to the occupational field.
- Sufficient experience to understand and apply the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for one to two years.
- Relevant work experience with data/statistical analysis and spreadsheets.
- Experience working with Banner system preferred.
- Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.
$52,118 - $55,000 annually
