AHF Products offers a skilled Grinding Operator role responsible for shift‑wise operation of the grinder, reporting to the shift supervisor. The operator oversees all aspects of the grinder and the grinding room.

• Start up and shut down the grinder.
• Adjust settings as needed in communication with supervisor and within process specification.
• Monitor quality.
• Ensure the grinder has correct raw materials.
• Maintain housekeeping of the grinding room.
• Follow safety guidelines.

• Demonstrate responsibility and accountability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
• Work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
• Previous extrusion experience required.
• Pass a background check.

• Frequently push, pull, carry, and lift 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements.
• Occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Work in moderate noise up to 83 decibels; hearing protection required.
• Work in non‑temperature‑controlled environment exposed to weather conditions.
