Fabricator, Manufacturing ​/ Production

The Fabricator for the Special Project Safety Punch List is responsible for completing assigned fabrication, repair, and safety-related tasks during nighttime operations. This role ensures all work meets safety compliance standards, supports project deadlines, and maintains high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Perform metal fabrication, cutting, welding, grinding, and assembly based on project requirements.
• Complete tasks outlined in the Safety Punch List with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures during nighttime operations.
• Inspect fabricated components to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as welders, torches, grinders, presses, saws, and related tools.
• Document completed work and communicate progress or safety concerns to leadership.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in fabrication, welding, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and hazard awareness.
• Ability to work independently during nighttime hours with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver materials and tools as required.
