We’re hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to keep high‑speed manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. If you’re experienced with mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and keeping production moving, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do- Repair and troubleshoot industrial machinery
- Disassemble, inspect, and replace worn or broken parts
- Perform lubrication, adjustments, and preventative maintenance
- Reassemble and test equipment to verify repairs
- Read blueprints and manuals to diagnose issues
- Cut, weld metal, and fabricate parts when needed
- Document repairs and parts used
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Ability to work any shift (A/C, B/D, or M–F days)
- Comfort with forklifts or squeeze lifts (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong problem‑solving, adaptability, and communication skills
- $21–23/hr starting
