Location: Cartersville, GA, United States

Starting pay: $18.30 per hour plus a weekly production bonus, typically $67K annually.

• Division: Skyline Steel LLC
• Other available locations: Georgia
• This is a safety‑sensitive position.

• Participate in semi‑skilled production and support operations, performing duties for which no prior manufacturing experience is required.
• All necessary training will be provided on the job.
• Work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Complete job‑specific training and adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Engage in moderate to heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks in a safety‑first environment.
• Maintain a drug‑free workplace and drug‑free environment commitment.

• Willingness to work any shift.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy loads and handle physically demanding work.
• Strong commitment to safety and the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety practices.
• Clear communication in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred for some parts of the hiring process.
