84 Lumber is seeking experienced Truss Builders to join our truss manufacturing facility in Cartersville, GA
. This role is responsible for assembling wood trusses according to production specifications while meeting established safety, quality, and productivity standards. Candidates should be dependable تدو detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assemble wood trusses by reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and production documents

• Safely operate hand and power tools used in truss manufacturing

• Meet or exceed established board-foot production standards

• Perform quality checks to ensure trusses meet company and customer specifications

• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and plant procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to maintain production flow

• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced associates as needed

• Prior truss building, framing, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a production-driven environment

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive motion

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• 1st Shift

• Overtime may be required based on business needs

• Apoyar en el entrenamiento de empleados con menos experiencia cuando sea necesario

• Experiencia previa en construcción de cerchas, carpintería o manufactura (preferida)
