Charge Nurse - Med Surg, Nights at Piedmont Health Care

Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, as well as operational issues during the shift.
- Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
- Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
- Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required.
- Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License; BLS certification required.
- Two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in specialty field, if applicable.
- Demonstrated clinical competency.
Full Time Day Shift - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
