Cartersville Center for Nursing & Healing is seeking a Part-Time MDS Nursing Coordinator who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and confident in the MDS/RAI process. As the MDS Coordinator
, you will oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and Minimum Data Set (MDS) process for the center. You will ensure accurate assessments, timely submissions, and compliance with CMS and LTCI guidelines.
This role is part-time with flexible hours
, depending on census and assessment needs.

• Manage and coordinate the full MDS/RAI process in accordance with federal and state guidelines

• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate care plan development

• Communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure timely MDS completion and transmission

• Prepare and review Quality Measure/Quality Indicator (QM/QI) reports using RAI/MDS data

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory compliance standards
