• Provide a consistent Starbucks experience by curating handcrafted beverages and ensuring food quality and freshness.
• Uphold Food & Beverage standards and execute processes including deliveries, replenishment, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and storing reserve product.
• Maintain awareness of current and future promotions within Starbucks.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing guest needs over tasks.
• Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent guest experience while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety.
• Support Drive Up to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain an inviting dining area and engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations.
• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to recipe specifications.
• Follow all food safety requirements, monitor temperatures, and record relevant data.
• Complete and record cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices.
• Identify damaged, recalled, or expired items and process according to best practice.
• Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders and follow perishable inventory procedures.
• Execute sampling best practices and be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to assist guests.
• Complete required training and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, resolve guest questions quickly, and follow multi-step processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, reliable, and prompt attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle cash operations and lift up to 44 pounds; tolerate temperatures ranging from 34°F to
  -10°F as needed.
• Ability to work in spaces with common allergens and exposure to varying temperatures and elements.
