• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient knowledge of general retail practices.
• Retail management or relevant management experience.
• Team motivation and goal achievement experience.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Mentoring and training ability.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
• Meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Remain mobile on sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledgeable in general retail practices.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Mentor and train associates.
