Position OverviewHanwha Advanced Materials GA is seeking an Entry‑Level Bilingual Korean Sales Specialist to support sales activities and customer coordination at our Georgia facility. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional interested in sales, account management, and international business within a manufacturing environment.
The Sales Specialist will act as a key communication bridge between Korean headquarters, U.S. customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team with day‑to‑day account management activities
- Communicate with Korean‑ and English‑speaking customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist in preparing quotations, pricing sheets, sales reports, and presentations
- Coordinate customer orders, delivery schedules, and documentation with operations and logistics teams
- Translate and interpret business communications between Korean and English as needed
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in internal systems and CRM tools
- Support customer meetings, audits, and site visits as required
- Conduct basic market and customer research to support sales initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Studies, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written) is required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Interest in sales, manufacturing, or advanced materials industries
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Internship or entry‑level experience in sales, customer service, or manufacturing support
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP)
- Understanding of automotive or industrial manufacturing processes
- Willingness to occasionally travel domestically and locally
- Entry‑level role with structured on‑the‑job training and mentorship
