Base Salary: $80,000–$120,000 + Commissions + Performance Bonuses

As the Lead Advisor for Cartersville, you will:
- Serve as the primary advisor for new and existing clients in the region
- Conduct consultative, retirement‑focused meetings with warm, vetted prospects
- Design and implement holistic retirement strategies using AUM solutions, fixed indexed annuities, and income planning tools
- Convert high‑intent prospects into long‑term client relationships
- Provide ongoing guidance, reviews, and planning support to ensure strong retention and outcomes
- Educate clients clearly and confidently — no jargon, no pressure, no product‑pushing
- Have experience as a Financial Advisor working with pre‑retirees and retirees
- Are confident leading client conversations and guiding financial decisions
- Prefer a consultative, relationship‑driven approach over transactional sales
- Want growth without burnout — and structure without bureaucracy
- Are energized by ownership, visibility, and responsibility in a local market
