The Coordinator of Sales assists salespeople in customer service activities. Responsibilities include creating estimates from quotations, sourcing necessary products, handling customer and vendor phone calls, responding efficiently, accurate invoicing of material, and some store maintenance tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
Responsibilities- Inputting estimates into POS system
- Sourcing materials
- Customer service
- Order entry and invoicing
- Accounts receivable
- Proficiency with invoicing and inventory systems
- Word processing, spreadsheet and internet software skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective multitasker
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to respond to common customer inquiries
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
