The role requires calculating drying equipment needs, using our Drying Workbook software to track and document work, and potentially holding I.I.C.R.C. or mold remediation certifications. Good communication skills with staff, customers, insurance agents, and adjusters are essential. The position involves driving a company vehicle.

While demanding, this job is rewarding and offers variety, working in different locations daily and both independently and as part of a team. Compensation depends on experience, training, and certifications.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record

• Willingness to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and overtime in a 24/7 emergency service environment
• On-call availability for emergencies (rotating nights and weekends)

• I.I.C.R.C. certification is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and math skills
