• Complete award‑winning company‑paid training to become a Pro.
• Prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Provide problem‑solving and empathy in customer interactions.
• Prepare and install services including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency.
• Interact with customers in their homes or businesses, setting expectations and walking them through the process.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation using the provided handheld device.

• No experience required – trained by the company.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, including climbing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Work in different weather conditions.
