The Maintenance Technician will maintain the mechanical and electrical car wash equipment in an assigned region. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, repairing, troubleshooting faulty equipment, and documenting site visits per company policy.

Director of Facilities Maintenance

Non-Exempt

• Lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
• Move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
• See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
• Safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds or more
• Work in extreme weather
• Work in a wet environment and wear PPE correctly throughout the day

• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems at 3-5 car washes
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment
• Order and stock replacement parts to minimize downtime
• Coordinate repairs with regional management
• Assist with installation of new components
• Address emergency breakdowns promptly
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and LOTO procedures
