Position Details- Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday starting at 2:00 PM – Finish. - Pay: $21 per hour.
- Must have electric pallet jack experience.
- Work Location:
1200 Cassville White Rd., White, GA 30184.
Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.
The Warehouse Person moves and tracks all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. Offloads, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.
- This is an active & physical role that involves standing the entire shift and the ability to lift, push or pull cases weighing between 32 and 50 pounds by hand repetitively.
- On average, full case order selectors pick between 1,200‑1,400 cases per shift.
- Receive inbound merchandise and locate proper pick locations.
- Restock order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection.
- Ensure placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail by ensuring all areas are properly maintained.
- Transfer merchandise from the receiving area to its appropriate location; consolidate into picking containers as necessary.
- Pack products securely in cartons and totes; apply shipping mark with truck run and stop number.
- Ensure safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products.
- Maintain inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
- Pull orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.
- Record number of materials or items received or distributed.
- Perform end‑of‑shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
- Maintain orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
- Follow all work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines; report unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- 6+ months of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Must have electric pallet jack experience.
- Must be able to work scheduled times and required overtime.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
- Able to lift, stack, pull products off shelves, and replenish product from various heights, weighing between 10‑35 pounds, typically up to 60‑90 pounds during shift.
- Able to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
- Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
