* Key Responsibilities:

**** Orders and Customer Service:
*** Handling customer orders by phone and in person
* Dispatch delivery orders to drivers
* Maintaining daily and monthly inventory totals
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
* Provide information about products
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
** Safety and Compliance:
*** Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security
