Practice Nurse LPN – Pain Management

The Medical Assistant (MA) supports providers by delivering direct and indirect patient care in a professional and courteous manner.
They assist with clinical procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, working within their scope of practice under supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attend MA Clinic Academy training for new hires
• Active MA certification

Preferred qualifications:

• At least one year of outpatient or ambulatory care experience
• BLS certification for non-HOD clinics

Operate in an outpatient setting with frequent patient interaction, requiring standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and use of clinical equipment. PPE is provided to minimize exposure to infectious materials. The role involves physical activities such as pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
