We are recruiting 2 full‑time Dining Room Supervisors for the Catering Department. You will be part of a large team serving hot and cold food and beverages to staff and the general public, and involved in hospitality during buffets and special events. You will manage time and team via rosters and worksheets, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• 37 hours, 30 minutes per week over 5 days, working two shift times: 7 am–3 pm & 11:15 am–7:15 pm

• Day‑to‑day supervision of staff
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Cash handling and rectifying mistakes
• Ensure stock levels of retail products
• Compile work rosters and worksheets
• Serve staff and general public in the restaurant
• Service hospitality during functions
  
  Contribute in departmental meetings

We are flexible and can accommodate flexible working arrangements if they meet service needs.

Essential criteria:

• Basic Food Hygiene Qualification
• NVQ Level 1 or relevant

Desirable criteria:

• Intermediate Food Hygiene Qualification
• NVQ Level 2 or above

Essential:

• Experience in a large‑scale catering environment

All references from current and previous employers must cover a minimum of three years. Failure to complete reference section may result in application not being processed.

Successful candidates who require a DBS for the post must pay for the DBS certificate through a salary deduction.
