As an Operator I, you will set up and run automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Responsibilities include monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and other controls to ensure adherence to specifications.

• Prioritize health and safety, following company policies and procedures.
• Observe and operate equipment while documenting maintenance needs.
• Verify equipment data for reporting and assist with installation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organization.
• Handle repetitive manual manipulation of explosive material.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Manage inventory within explosives limits.

• High‑school diploma (required)
• Vocational/technical degree (preferred)

• Entry level; no prior experience required.

• Strong communication skills to share information related to equipment or processes.
• Accurate documentation skills.
• Ability to move or lift objects up to 45 lbs.
• Work under close supervision.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Citizenship or naturalized status.
• At least 21 years of age.
